Each owner's cleaning needs are unique. We tailor our service to your requirements and maintain a high level of consistency and integrity in our work. We will listen to your requests and present a service plan and price to meet them. In some cases, we will setup a time to visit the property to help determine the best service level and price for your needs.
These are regularly scheduled visits to maintain the cleanliness of your home, apartment, condo or business. This might be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for example. The frequency is up to you.
Deep cleaning is for owner's that may not have had a cleaning service before or it has been weeks or months since the last cleaning. New clients usually need an initial deep cleaning and then follow up with regularly scheduled cleaning to maintain the cleanliness.
Vacation home owners understand that cleanliness is one of the most important factors that impact their guest's experience. We have a specific checklist of cleaning tasks we perform on vacation rentals including inspection of some common maintenance items. We also offer an affordable resupply service for vacation rental consumables.
